Folgore Security Services is bound to select the physically fit and best suited persons for security guards comprised of ex-servicemen and civilians as per laid down age limit by the government on merit basis .The selected security guards are physically fit enough with a view to ensure efficient provision of security to our esteemed clients.
Proper registration of all the security guards is being made with EOBI (Employees Old Age Benefit Institution) for employee pension and ESSI (Employees Social Security Institution), in accordance with the latest policy in vogue. The contribution to these will be made as per the relevant laws and regulations. Social security benefits in case of death or injury will be provided by the relevant provincial social security institutions as per the terms and conditions in vogue.
Best possible uniform will be provided while keeping in view the weather constraints and as per the prevalent policy of the government.
1- One holiday shall be given in a week and total four holidays shall be granted in a month. Employee can opt for weekly day off or four days at the end of the month.
